Evalution
Before doing anything, we should evalute your current needs and expectations for using email marketing. Even though email marketing was found to return $43.62 for every dollar spent, it is important to be realistic. Depending on your market, your client base and your product/service offerings, we may need to adjust expectations so that you can be successful from the beginning.
Strategy
Once we have evaluated your situation, we can put together a plan that will meet your expectations. This plan will outline what type(s) of messages to send, how often, what the associated landing pages should be and what the goals are for each message.
Execution
Now that we have a plan, it is time to make it happen. That can be you using the user-friendly message creation and sending tools built into Campaign Jockey or I can handle that for you. It just depends on what best fits your needs and the type(s) of messages you're sending
Analysis
Analysis is the exciting part. We get to see what is happening since Campaign Jockey can tell us so much, down to how subscribers are interacting with your messages. Since Campaign Jockey also allows A/B Split testing, we can even test different subjects lines, senders and content. When combining the analytics from Campaign Jockey with that of your web site, we can track conversions from email to purchase/contact and determine ROI.
We can also use message data to access the success of the landing page(s). For example, if one particular item had a large number of clicks but low conversion, we can modify the landing page for future messages and compare the results.
