There is a one-time setup fee of $250. Each message you send will cost you $15 plus 2 cents for each recipient. There are no monthly fees and no hidden fees. You only pay when you send a message.

Compared to other services that charge a fixed monthly fee (say $35) to send all the messages you want to X number of subscribers, it is.
The X Factor
You are forgetting one important piece. With all those other services, you have to create the entire message (HTML AND content) each time you want to send a message. If you have to pay a developer $200 for each message and you send 4 messages a month, that's $800 a month plus that monthly subscription fee of $35.
Alternatively, with Campaign Jockey, you don't pay a developer each time you create a campaign. After you pay the initial up-front development fees for the template(s) you want, you never have to pay a developer to send a message.
